Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, Brampton
On behalf of our client National Fitness Products, we are seeking an individual for the position of Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be working alongside the Installation Manager, Sales Reps and Field Techs to coordinate fitness equipment deliveries and installations while providing exceptional service to customers. It is a fast-paced environment that requires a highly organized individual with excellent service, communication and time management skills. This is a central role in the company requiring a person who is solution-oriented and able to think on their feet. Overview of the role:
- Responding to inbound phone calls, emails and web site inquiries
- Preparing quotes for service calls and parts orders
- Scheduling, coordinating and dispatching field staff for deliveries and installations
- Coordinating various requests with manufacturers
- Handling all customer calls and emails relating to order status, deliveries, installations and issues
- Completing all work orders, billing, shipping and customs paperwork.
- Following up with customers once services, installations and deliveries are completed to get feedback, resolve any issues and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment within the Service Industry
- Fitness industry experience an asset, but not a requirement
- Logistics industry experience an asset, but not a requirement
- Customs industry experience an asset, but not a requirement
- Experience with Salesforce an asset
- Must have excellent time management, multi-tasking and communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast moving and at times unstructured environment
- Must have working hours flexibility to accommodate changes to schedule (month end, busy season, etc)
